Nevada had her water tank and some of the iron work knocked out of shape in an accident at CC. |

Sold to D. O. Mills for $8,500. Relettered by the V&T Carson City Shop to #5 Lytton. |

Intercolonial Railway #191, working in New Brunswick (eastern Canada). |

The V&T #7 Nevada arrived to Reno from Philadelphia.
The locomotive was delivered in pieces by an ox-team via Geiger Grade to Virginia City.
The pieces where reassembled under the guidance of a Baldwin engineer at the roundhouse in Virginia City.
The locomotive was build by Baldwin with an mid-1869 technology.
The loco's had 48" drivers.
The V&T put on bigger tires (Tyres in the V&T records).
